PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, Ipay and Mbway for purchase transactions.

SHIPPING

– Please allow 2 business days (not including weekend) of processing time
– Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email from shop@donnanoir.com with the courier and tracking number
– All merchandises are shipped from our logistic center in Portugal

For Americas, Asia, and Oceania countries:
– Free shipping for orders over €800, including tax/duty
– €35 flat-rate shipping for orders under €800, including tax/duty

For EU countries:
– Maximum of €20 shipping for all orders
– VAT is included as part of the total price

– Note that the buyer is responsible for any applicable local tax and fees with their country. New York customers will have their local tax automatically added upon checkout

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
– Be returned within 14 calendar days of your delivery date
– Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
– Be returned with original tags and packaging
– Pre-orders and custom creations are not eligible for return
– DONNA NOIR reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy
– Returns that do not adhere to the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion

Return Instructions:
– Request a return by emailing sales@donnannoir.com with your order number. Once approved, you will receive an RMA barcode, return label, and a proforma invoice to print
– Place your item and a copy of the RMA barcode into the package
– Securely close your package
– Affix a copy of the RMA barcode outside the package
– Affix the shipping label and proforma invoice together outside the package
– Call the courier to schedule a pickup or drop-off your package at your closest courier store

Exchanges:
DONNA NOIR does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the item for a full refund and re-order the preferred item

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
